Quite often we get PCs in for repair that simply don't make sense to fix. We also have a large number of customers who ask us what computers to buy. In order to remain totally unbiased we made a business decision to not sell computer systems but maintain a 'service only' company.

That said, there are a number of excellent deals out there on 2nd hand, off-lease, and refurbished systems. In many cases, these products would be a better value for our customers. Therefore, we sought out suppliers in the 3 state area and made arrangements to be notified when they had some exceptional deals.

We don't just buy a bunch of computers to have on hand, but when there are some products too good to pass up, we snag a few and pass the savings on to our customers. We only look for computers that are relatively modern (Pentium 4 class, WIndows XP, etc), are in good physical condition, and represent a significant savings over a similar new computer equally equipped. We also exclude any 'retail' boxes, opting for true business class computers only. We don't know when these products will come available, but when they do, they usually go fast.
